More than once a year, celebrities from all over Hollywood join to celebrate four incredible women in the industry at Variety’s Power of Women events. In May, the outlet honored four fierce powerhouses: Mariska Hargitay, Anitta, Shonda Rhimes and Amy Schumer.
On Oct. 24, the outlet honored four new honorees: Nightbitch star Amy Adams, Netflix CCO Bela Bajaria, legendary actress Carol Burnett and upcoming Emilia Pérez star Zoe Saldaña.
And, in addition to the four honorees, the night also gave Modern Family‘s Sarah Hyland the first-ever Variety Courage Award, presented by Purina, which celebrated her outspoken advocacy for survivors of domestic violence.
